It has been so long since I posted on this blog.

My work had an family open day on Sunday and we took the kids along.

Beca had a great time.

Now we are up to date …..

We did go to wet and wild and had a great time a few weeks ago. It was fantastic for the kids. Even Brandon enjoyed floating around on the tyres. But being a waterpark wasn’t the easiest place to take photos.

So what’s happening now …

Brandon is starting to crawl properly. He actually does a few hands, knees actions then reverts to his commando ways. His favourite game is crawling over things like pillows and blankets AND his big sister if she lies still for long enough.

We have also figured out when he likes something he does a splashing/slapping type action. It is very funny when he does this as he is crawling over beca or manages to get near the cat.

He has also started to want to play with the bigger toys in the house. Unfortunately for Beca they are too big for her to pick up and take away from him.

This morning he pulled himself up to standing on his cube. Scary how quickly he is developing.

and this is my favourite photo of the moment. my little girl, just hanging out, watching her daddy mow the lawn.

I promise I will try and post more regularly. Thanks to friends and family to keeping up to date with us.

cupcake weekend

We spent another weekend down the coast baking for our cupcake stall.

Brandon passed the 1/2 year old mark and had his first swim. He seemed to have a great time and splashed lots and lots (pretty much until he made himself sick – swallowed too much water!). Baths haven’t been the same since this day. Now a bath is just a little pool for splashing.

It was so hard to try and teach her that Brandon was not in a swing. He didn’t want “big push” or “go higher”

Little B started eating real food and loves his pumpkin. Aunty Sheridan made the bib and it was a shame to get it covered in mush so early.

This dinner had entertainment with Big Sister putting on a song and dance.

new developments – crawling and teeth

It has been over 2 months since I last posted any photos. I will have to play catch up and back date some posts.

These photos are of little B trying to crawl, they aren’t the best but you get the idea. He just hasn’t got the hang of it. He tries to crawl on his feet instead of his knees. He does well with his comando crawling though, it gets him around. He always puts his right elbow out first.

He also got his first two teeth around this time too. He just drools so much. He is like a tap instead of a baby!!
